Nicole Goerge

Nicole Goerge

Nicole has helped hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2000 with a few years before that as an Athletic Trainer. Functional strength plays a key role in her program design as she challenges you to push the limits of your comfort zone. Nicole will help you become the healthier and better person you are capable of being.  She has worked with clients to improve race and sport-specific performances, recover from injuries, and improve their ability to enjoy their daily lives.
As a six- time Boston Marathon qualifier and Half-Ironman World Championship qualifier, Nicole has shown the grit and determination to push herself to achieve her goals, and she looks forward to helping you push yourself to new levels.

Adam Goerge

Adam GOerge

Adam has been helping clients improve their health and fitness since 1997. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Barbell Coach. He enjoys utilizing body weight training, high intensity intervals, traditional strength training, and Olympic lifting methods to push his clients to be their best. He focuses on good form and posture as proper movement patterns are developed and improved. The workouts are designed to provide the proper training stimulus level needed to achieve the client’s goals.
He is a 4-time All-American through USA Triathlon, and regularly competes in ultra-endurance events. Adam would love to offer his experience and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals.

We offer Private One-on-One sessions, Partner Training, and Small Group Workouts. We customize each session to match your needs whether you are working out by yourself or with others.
